You’ve seen them — the big hulking beasts down at the gym who just look at a set of weights and seem to get huge and ripped. These are "Easy Gainers" and no matter how much effort you put in at the gym or how much of your paycheck you invest in "Supplements", you just can’t match their results.
Yeah, I’ve been there. I’ve had the hot chicks laugh right in my face when I told them I worked out — and I did work out — A LOT!!
But no matter how many supplements I choked down or how many damn reps I did — I WAS STILL THE SAME SKINNY GUY I HAD BEEN SINCE HIGH SCHOOL!
WTF? Right? I mean, what gives here? And not only did I shell out hard-earned cash for useless supplements and gym memberships. I must have tried AT LEAST a DOZEN OR MORE of the "Latest and Greatest" Muscle-Building programs. Yep. Same result: I was still the "skinny guy" from high school and it seemed like that’s all I would ever be. Some guys breathe on some weights and the muscles appear as if by magic. Me, I couldn’t buy muscles no matter how many supplements I choked down!
In fact, the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result and that’s exactly what I had been doing! How could I continue to invest the effort at the gym week after week and spend $1,000′s of dollars on supplements and still be the same "skinny guy" I was in high school?
That’s right. There are literally 1,000′s of slick "marketing gurus" and "business people" sitting around day after day dreaming up new exercise programs, supplements, and the latest "wheat germ diets" to sell to guys like us — KNOWING THEY ARE USELESS!
