That prompted me to go out every day for five days and do ten things that pushed me out of my comfort zone, such things as singing on the street, getting a piggyback ride from a stranger, hopping on a random bus, and flirting with some extremely attractive women. When it was all said and done, I found myself left with unprecedented feelings of self-confidence and empowerment.
This course is for anyone who might need a little help and support in building up their courage muscles. You must be willing to face your fears and step out of your comfort zone regularly to get the most out of it. Don’t expect to sign up, read through the content and instantly feel more courageous. That’s not how it works. You will be called upon to take regular courageous action. The course content and community are there to give you every advantage in mastering whatever fear you might encounter, but ultimately it will be up to you to kick its ass.
You won’t get the full benefit of this course if you live in a remote area, as lots of the challenges are best undertaken in public places. You may also want to pass on this course if you already consider yourself to be a very courageous person who has no problem facing and overcoming your fears.
