Gladiator Body Workout

Gladiator Body WorkoutClick Image To Visit Site You’re about to learn the “SECRET” to optimum fitness and FINALLY getting the fitness, appearance and health results you want from your exercise program. (OK, maybe it’s not a secret… but so few people understand or talk about this that it might as well be!)

So few people understand fitness (even people in the fitness industry), that it is no wonder the majority of workout programs out there don’t produce results worth talking about. As a matter of fact, most workout programs focus on such a small portion of fitness, that the training is actually DETRIMENTAL to getting spectacular results!

Fitness is the acceptable and deliberate compromise of competence and ability to perform in all the areas of cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy and toughness to produce optimum performance results under the greatest amount of circumstances.

A mouthful, I know. But you didn’t expect me to define something as complex as fitness by saying, “Fitness is being fit” did you?

The point is, there is a lot going on when training for fitness (and the athletically muscular, lean, high-performance body that is a RESULT of being fit!)

Optimum Fitness, Fat Loss And Physique Building Is NOT The Result Of “Bodybuilding” Resistance Training And Steady-State Aerobic Exercise!

I already told you how the “Bodybuilding Culture” has trained us to think of exercise in terms of muscles, not movement… and what a mistake that is. But it gets even worse…

Separately building muscle like a bodybuilder and improving heart and lung function for long, slow exercise is NOT the magic formula for the kind of fitness or body most people want. (Just think about all the workouts based on this formula you’ve done… and how many failed to produce the RESULTS you wanted!)

The truth is, optimum fitness (and the attractive body that represents fitness), is not only a result of training the physical abilities that make up fitness. (If that was the case, I would have stopped with the Optimum Fitness & Physique System). But to truly be fit you must be able to USE the abilities of fitness in an fluid, seamless and coordinated fashion under the greatest amount of circumstances.

Now, I know these extreme situations are not something most of us (thankfully) have to face. But the point is, the fitness these individuals need to successfully carry out their tasks with skill and success is based on a wide combination of physical abilities and the fluid, seamless and coordination fashion in which they are performed.

- I will travel this distance at an aerobic pace in my target heart rate zone… now. – I will use my biceps to lift this object using an isolated movement… now. – I will propel the object using my Type II muscle fibers… now.

And if you want to train your body to act as one complete unit, with seamless coordination of muscles, aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and mental clarity under stress… YOU… Read more…

What’s Next?

What's Next?Click Image To Visit Site Have you ever wondered "what’s next?" as you’re finishing your current kettlebell training program?

If you’re like me, and 88.4% of my customer and subscriber base, then the chances are pretty good that you have. (I’ll tell you more about that in a minute…)

And that’s perfectly normal. Your brain is always “on” and searching for the next big thing, especially when it comes to achieving your goals. In fact, there’s a part of your brain called the Reticular Activating System and it’s designed to do just that.

According to a study done on a Harvard Law School class, 95% of the class didn’t have any predefined goals written down and only 5% of the graduates actually wrote down their goals. Thirty years later researchers followed up with the entire class and guess who had actually achieved their goals?

We all work out for one of four basic reasons, four basic goals – here they are. (You’ll recognize yourself in one of these 4.)

You see, each one of those four categories aren’t as specific as you think – they are really just ONE category –

At the end of the day, we both use our kettlebells because we want to feel better about ourselves. They provide us with a means to an end – to feel stronger on the inside – in other words, when we feel stronger, we feel happy.

And when we don’t feel happy, the frustration builds. Slowly… Until it sidetracks us and we’re nowhere near where we set out to be.

As I mentioned before, we are all motivated by one of four areas to use kettlebells. And interestingly enough – and most people don’t know this – that’s the exact way we should design our kettlebell workouts.

That’s right – our workouts should always cycle around getting stronger, looking better (that’s actually two categories – but more about that in a minute), performing better, and fixing any aches and pains (which we all have in some way, shape, or form).

And chances are, when you aren’t seeing the results you’re after, you’re on the wrong phase of this cycle. (Of course, it could also just be that your program design is all screwed up…)

In the simplest of terms, this means that you shouldn’t always be on a fat-burning program. Or a strength program. Or a muscle-building program. Or a pre-/rehab program.

Your body operates on cycles, and so does nature. And so should your kettlebell workouts. Just like your body and nature, each one of those cycles should help and build upon the other. Always.

And the best part is that when we apply that cycle to our kettlebell workouts, we will always make progress and always achieve our goals.

The problem is in knowing exactly how to do that without spending a lot of money on books, workouts, and other resources, and wasting a lot of time experimenting trying… Read more…
